Dr. Youngstedt is a member of the Exercise Science department at USC.  His past studies have included multiple therums on the relationship between exercise and sleep functions.   Spine and Step  featured an article relating the amount of exercise to quality of sleep while comparing the old addage of the chicken and the egg.  Does exercise bring on better sleep or does sleep provide the energy needed for better exercise?  Read the article to find out.

QTC has been contracted to conduct all appointments and assist the VA in the reduction of some 31,000 requests for appointments in June 2014.  The turnaround has been reduced to approximately 5 weeks.  The QTC case workers will call from a California number (909) area code.  I have had a great experience with QTC and have been met with professionalism and more informative visits than even during my time on Active Duty.  You will be pleasantly suprised.
